AVAILABILITY

We try our best to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, but occasionally we sell out of certain products. If we’re out of stock on an item you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know by e-mail and give you the chance to modify your order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on-line may differ from in-store prices. ONLINE PRICES ARE FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY! Unless you’re a preferred customer of un|steady, we don’t make exceptions.

helvete|ca will never share, loan, rent, trade or sell your personal information to any third party without your consent.


SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING (in the continental US) on orders over $100, unless there is a sales and/or shipping promotion currently active, in which case customers will be made aware via Twitter, MySpace, the blog or other forms of promotion.

All other domestic shipments will be shipped by UPS or USPS depending on size.

Once your package leaves our store you should receive it between 3-8 business days. UPS or USPS will email you your tracking number once the package has been shipped and will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after UPS or USPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and the package will be returned to helvete|ca. If your package is lost or damaged you must file a lengthy claim with UPS or USPS.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders must be shipped to the billing address. There are no exceptions as this is a red flag for credit card fraud. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols, including but not limited to the verification of: IP address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. We are not responsible for any taxes or duty fees imposed by your local customs office. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on international orders.


RETURN POLICY

Return requests are to be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

All returns must be received within seven days of return request.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.

un|steady has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet un|steady’s Return Policy requirements.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, bags, and accessories.

All merchandise purchased “ON SALE” or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.

All orders purchased with an existing store credit are FINAL SALE. There are no returns and re-orders with store credit.

All orders purchased as a SPECIAL order or “IN STORE ONLY” order can only be exchanged for another item or for a store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS!

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

How to return an item.

1. Email us at returns@unsteadyboutique.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete a short form describing your reason for return. Please be aware that the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your account will automatically be refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected.

2. Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.

3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by helvete|ca within 7 days of receipt of RA# for domestic orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. helvete|ca does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that helvete|ca cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).

+Please note that RA# must be legibly written on outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RA#.

4. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.

5. If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping charges and import duties are not refundable.

IMPORTANT! You will be refunded your purchase total minus any shipping charges we incurred to ship it to you, in the case of free shipping offered.
